If Guests do not use Daycare on the allotted date, can they use it for a later time?

Guests will not be able to rollover unused days. If a Guest needs to change the date on one of his/her daycare sessions, please make sure your Guest emails us at or calls us at (855) 364-8222 so we can process the changes. Please note date changes are subject to the 24-hour daycare cancellation policy described above.
