Guests can send three types of messages to Hosts: General Inquiries, Meet-n-Greet Requests and Reservation Requests. Each time you receive a message from a new or past Guest, we'll send you an email notification alerting you of the message.
If you've downloaded our iPhone app and have enabled push notifications, you'll immediately see the notification.
Also, please note, a Guest can only send a Host a Reservation Request for a Host's overnight boarding rate or daycare. For any other services, a Host must send the Guest a Custom Quote.
