How can I leave a review on my Host’s profile?

Within one business day of the end of your reservation, you will receive an email providing you with a unique link to review your DogVacay Host. If you are logged into your DogVacay account, you can also review any past reservation by clicking here.

When leaving your review, you will have the option to rate your Host and leave public feedback. Please note that the stars in the rating system will be gray by default, gold while hovering, and blue once selected. You will be able to modify your rating until you select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

If you require any additional support, you may also write a private note for the DogVacay team. This is not visible on your Host’s public page and nor is it seen by your Host. Please allow 2-5 business days for your review to be posted and for any additional follow-up from the DogVacay team.

Lastly, we do ask that all feedback be directly related to your reservation experience, and that it be appropriate for all-ages public viewing.
