If you have completed your profile to include a profile photo, multiple listing photos, and the rest of the requirements listed below and on your Dashboard, our Host Happiness team will reach out to you within 2-7 business days of creating your profile to communicate anything that you need to add, or clarify, in order to be reviewed for approval.
You will see a status section like the one below on your Host dashboard when you login. You can also see your application status in DogVacay mobile app (iOS and Android) on the Account tab.
Once your profile is approved, you'll receive a welcome email from us and your listing will be live and visible in search results in your area.
In addition, you will see a notification like the one below on your dashboard.
Please remember, you MUST have the following things on your profile for it to be reviewed for approval:
- First & last name
- Complete address: street, city, state, zip, and apt. number if applicable
- Clear, up close profile photo showing your face (no other people, pets, logos, etc.)
- 5 Listing photos: 3 interior home photos + 2 bonus shots (e.g. your outdoor space or resident pets). If you're not providing services in your home, please just add 5 photos you've taken related to pet care.
- Description about your pet care experience, what you like to do with Guest pups, and what a potential Vacay with you will be like
